I'm 18 years old (almost 19) and I'm quite unhappy with my height at 5'6. I've gotten many different answers to the question of when men stop growing that range anywhere between 17 and 25 years old. From this, I can only assume that it really just depends on the person. Do you remember when you stopped growing, maturing, etc.? At what age were/are you in your best shape? What age do you think men stop growing in height? Do you know anyone who shot up after 18 years old? Is there any diet or exercise that might help?

Well as for me I am 20 and also 5 6 and sick of being so short. Unfortunately for me I don't see me growing although there are plenty of things you can do to help grow a bit its not going to make you grow but assists your body in dooing so. my suggestions are: No smoking of any kind (this stuns growth ALOT), drink milk (or calcium pills), exercise not weights it actually keeps you short to lift alot of weights mostly running and pull-up's push-up's the usuall P.E. stuff, oh and Streaching.... Streaching is a big one so try to streach about 30 hr a day atleast. Hope this helps as for the time frame of when you should stop growing, Scientifically its when you're 24 but I am not sure if its really true. Well Good luck hope it helped

I was 5'5ish in 7th grade at 12ish 6'0 in summer of 8th/9th grade somewhere around 18-19 I stopped at 6'2"...I was also in my best shape at 19 my exwife had kids and it went to crap after that

I'm 16 and still growing (I'm 5 foot 10.5 without the hair, 5 foot 11 with the hair)

im 6 ft 2.5 and im 16, i hate my life.............
