A couple of years ago, my father-in-law died.  It was rather sudden and caught everybody by surprise.  My wife and I have been taking care of my mother-in-law ever since and have moved her in with us just to make sure she's OK.  We have become quite relaxed around each other and it is not unusual for my mother-in-law to see me nude or for me to see her nude.  We don't bother to lock doors anymore, so she has often come into the bathroom and the bedroom and caught me masturbating.  At 64,she still looks very attractive.  She even looks good enough to wear a bikini around the pool which she does when it's just family.  Evidently, she and my wife have had a talk about me masturbating and my wife has asked me to have sex with my mother-in-law saying that my mother-in-law saw no reason for me to masturbate when she didn't have anybody to have sex with and wasn't interested in starting a relationship with a man close to her age who couldn't keep up with her needs. 

I though my wife was just testing me to see if I was interested in going further than I have in the past, so I told her we needed to talk about this with her mother.  I didn't believe my mother-in-law really said that, but that she had complained about my masturbating.  Well, as it turns out, she seriously wants to have sex with me and my wife is all for it.  Frankly, I'm for it, also.  The problem is that my brother-in-law may find out about it and that may cause problems.  Both my wife and mother-in-law say it won't because he is very mature about everything and would realize that everybody involved is adult and consenting and that his mother really needed a safe outlet for her sex drive.  My brother-in-law and his wife are not prudes.  They have had sex with other couples throughout their marriage and asked my wife to bear a son with her sister-in-law's father after her brother was killed in a car accident a few years ago.  Although my wife did try several times, each time ended in a miscarriage.  But things are different when it is one's own mother wanting to have sex with somebody you know really well, especially a member of the family.

My question is this:  Has anybody else been approached in a similar way and what was the family's reaction if you agreed?  Frankly, I really want to have sex with my mother-in-law, but I don't want it to cause problems such as mother-in-law and wife versus brother-in-law.

i would like to know the same thing, as my wife an i live with her mom shes 67 and hot as hell so i know what your going through, and i would love to have sex with her, but never approached her, nor does my wife know, but i have seen her naked once or twice, and she's seen me once or twice already. It's no longer a problem.  My mother-in-law told her son that she was going to start having sex with me and that was just the way it was going to be.  He told her to go for it.  He said that if my wife, his sister, could have sex with his father-in-law and try to get pregnant by him, he saw no reason why I couldn't have sex with his mother whenever we wanted to.  So we've been having sex for the past 5 days and it is GREAT.  He has even offered to bring some of his wife's lovers over for my wife.  It sounded like fun, so she is having a threesome with her sister-in-law and some of her lovers.
