It sounds like your husband is more interested in getting his rocks off with another woman than he is in your pleasure.  If he wants to have a threesome with another woman, tell him you'll do it AFTER your have your threesome with another man.  My husband treated me to a threesome with another man 10 years ago - after we had been married only 6 months.  I was nervous about it when he first suggested it, but after thinking about it, I decided it would be fun if I could pick the other man.  Also, I wanted to see just how serious he was about this.

It has to be equal.  You should not feel threatened.  My wife and I have gotten together a few times with both men and women.  From my take on it I enjoyed her being with another man and letting herself go.  I know she has looked at others and had desires...this just lets her act on them.  Her fantasy was to have me with her...so it worked well.  Her other fantasy was to watch as I we (male partners) made each other cum..along with her joining in.   I say if it is not equal I would hold back on it...
